Hi, Jess here.
First of all, I just wanted to let your know that there really are scholarships for working mothers out there. Between the the government, trusts and foundations and private companies, there are a whole variety of grants and scholarships to apply for. So rest assured, it is worth the effort to find them and apply to them.
In future posts I will talk about several ways to find and apply for financial assistance.

Hi fellow working mother. Jess here,
I know how tough it is to pay for the family bills plus pay for touition. And once you get your grant or financial aid, the next major problem it time.
It takes a lot of time to attend classes on campus, including commuting to and from school. And as a working mother, we need to do a lot of things at home throughout the day. So that leads us to a modern and convenient option.
Have you considered learning online (or e-learning)? You can cut out traveling time and expenses and study between your daily duties. Another advantage can be lower price. Here, it depends on the college or university. But when shopping for an online school, you are not limited to the schools in your city. You can choose the best prices and course options.
However, if you are a people person, this may not be the best choice for you. Many students love the interaction and hands-on approach to in-classroom teaching. Plus communicating directly with other students and teachers/professors.
Don’t worry, there are scholarships for working mothers at online schools as well.
Here is a link that will help you to find the most matching school for your situation.
1) This unique service will actually help you sign up to get information about a variety of schools, which may be a perfect match for your needs. Find your matching school here .
(HINT: It’s best to request info from several schools all in one go. It will save you research time and allow you to compare the details, for your best choice)
Hey, Jess here,
If you are a working mother and are looking for a scholarship or grant, then I’m glad you found this blog and I strongly suggest you keep reading…
Because upgrading my education has been the smartest thing I’ve ever done.
And if you are anything like me, you have wanted to do it for a long time but have been limited either financially or by other circumstances.
For years, I’ve wanted to get a higher education and build a new career. But back then, I thought it was impossible. I spent all my time taking care of my family. And things seemed to be going fine for a few years.
But actually things were falling apart. Including my marriage and my mental health. I was depressed and having to work my ass off just to put food on the table. You probably know how it feels as a working mother. Not enough time or money and a challenge just to keep the family balanced.
Recently I broke out of my slump and made the decision to chance my life. I wanted to study but was still financially strapped. So I started my long winded search for financial aid for college or university. I was considering general studies and then a degree, or something practical like a dental assistant diploma.
I tried going to local college financial aid offices, but was not wanted since I was not a current student there. I tried looking all over the internet and spent endless hours on forums. But it was like a dog chasing it’s own tail. Just going round and round and was feeling like giving up.
Finally I stumbled upon an excelent list of schools that I could easily apply for information from online. This was my lucky break. An extensive selection and I only wish I’d found it a long time ago.
Now there is one negative thing I have to say about the service. At first I felt a little overwhelmed with which schools and scholarships to apply for. But soon got the hang of it and did my best.
I hope you found this useful. It is probaby best to apply for info from a handful of the schools all at the same time.
I wish I had found this service last year when I needed it! It is the most complete database and matching service of National scholarships for mothers.
They have made the overwhleming task of searching and sorting through hundreds of possibilities, into a simple search and click system.
There is a limited time special right now (I hope this hasn’t finished by the time you read this). You can try their service on a trial basis (I think it is 2 weeks but might be a month) for a very small price (a few dollars).
I think they know that people will see the value and benifit so much that they will continue to use the service for every semester that they need new scholarships for. But I bet you can get all the information and applications you need to do, within the trial period. No it’s an easy choice.
You can check it out here (before they finish this special).
Hope that helps!

And ONE MORE THING: A very cool guide on how to get approved for scholarships
Like almost everything in today’s world, there are two ways to do things.
1) –> One, “The old way” – By doing the manual work and repeating the same steps over and over. Wasting huge amounts of time and energy and only getting back a limited reward.
2) –> Two, “The Smart Way” – By using the automated tools and technology available in today’s world, to automate the grunt work and use your time for the more important tasks, such as strategizing and decision making.
This also goes for applying for grants and scholarships. There are thousands of possible scholarships and grants for mothers out there. But they are scattered throughout the country and cyberspace. So even if you have hours to spend looking, you likely still won’t find the ones that are the best match for your situation. And therefore be leaving money on the table and the time of your life out the door.
So taking advantage of software and automated services like grant kits and scholarship finding software, is well worth the cost. Especially when most of these services realize that most poeple are hesitant to pay for anything these days. And as a way to show you their true value and worth, they give you a chance to take a limited time TRIAL of their service for next to nothing.
And that is what I suggest you do. Take them up on their $1.00 trial offer and milk it for all it’s worth. Socur their database. Search like hell. Find verything that is suitable for you and save that information on your computer. Make that two dollars investment turn into thousands of dollars in grants. An excellent Return On Investment (ROI).
Here is the best Grant Kit Software service I’ve found so far. You Can VISIT The Grant Kit Service HERE.
So take a minute and get your grant application information today, so you can recieve your financial aid for next semester.
Jess.
If you have been considering going back to school and you are in need of some financial assistance, now is a great time to start applying for next term’s scholarships.
And there are specific scholarships that only women and mothers qualify for. So even if you feel like you have had it tough throughout your life, now you have been given the upper hand
